Jashn – a celebration (festival of colours) 2023

Join us on the 25th of March as we throw some colour, cook up some delicious food and raise vital funds for a fantastic local charity.

This year, we’ve chosen Not Home Alone, a brilliant organisation that works towards reducing social isolation for our local elderly community. They host a Christmas dinner every year, on Christmas day, ensuring that vulnerable people are not home alone. I’m really excited to contribute towards this cause, and hope some of their patrons can come and celebrate with us on the day.

As part of this year’s event, we’re hosting the first ever Great Brigsley Cookoff! Eight home cooks will battle it out by cooking up some sensational grub from mystery ingredients. Keep an eye out as we announce the contestants over the next few weeks. If you’d like to take part, send us a message. £10 to enter, every penny of which will go to Not Home Alone.
