Getting around

Getting around

Travel around our beautiful county by bus, train, boat, bike or car. Consider leaving your car at your accommodation and make the journey by public transport part of your day out – sit back, enjoy the view and let someone else do the driving.

Travelling by bus

Leave the car at your hotel and catch the bus to get around the towns of Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Immingham or to go further afield into the Lincolnshire Wolds or coast.  Visit the Stagecoach website for more information and guidance, including details of the PLUSBUS ticket if you’re arriving by train.

Travelling by bicycle

Discover North East Lincolnshire on two wheels.  Cycle Hire can be found at The Cycle Hub located at Grimsby Town Station and at Cleethorpes Train Station.  Bikes can be hired out by the hour, day or week for adults and children. They also have a number of tandems and specialists bikes. You can even ‘park’ your bike there for safe indoor parking.

Travelling by road
