Wimbledon Afternoon Tea at Healing Manor Hotel

July means one thing in our book – Wimbledon! To mark the season of tennis, Healing Manor Hotel is serving up a fantastic Wimbledon Afternoon Tea.

Sit down in the light and airy Restaurant, or take a seat on the Terrace if the weather is fine, and enjoy a delicious selection of seasonal treats inspired by the tennis season.

Wimbledon Afternoon Tea is served for six dates only during Wimbledon fortnight – Thursday 4, Friday 5 July, Saturday 6 July, Thursday 11 July, Friday 12 July and Saturday 13 July, from 12pm-3pm.

Sip on unlimited tea and coffee, nibble on a delicate selection of sandwiches (think the quintessential Wimbledon favourites of cucumber and cream cheese, glazed ham, and roast beef and Horseradish, then enjoy a tier of savoury treats including a Quiche Lorraine and pea & mint soup. There’s a traditional fruit scone with Champagne & strawberry jam and cream, then miniature desserts to finish including a shortbread tennis racket, Victoria sponge, cream and jam, a lemon macaron, a chocolate and hazelnut choux, and Pimm’s jelly with poached strawberries.

Wimbledon Afternoon Tea is £26 per person including unlimited tea and filter coffee, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus available. A children’s Afternoon Tea, designed for under-14s, is £18 with hot chocolate or tea included.

The Wimbledon Afternoon Tea is served in the Restaurant on the following dates, from 12pm to 3pm.
