We would like to invite you to a day of Health and Wellness organised by Claire Roach (The Yoga Studio) & Lucy Campbell (Inspiring Positive Change). This event aims to promote holistic well-being, featuring an exciting line-up of local businesses, rejuvenating yoga sessions, and culminating in a spectacular Yoga Rave. We would be delighted to have you join us.

The event is designed to provide a platform for local businesses to showcase their products and services in the local area in beauty, hair, holistic therapies, clothing, food and plants. You will have the opportunity to connect with passionate business owners, discover unique offerings, and explore new avenues to enhance your overall well-being.

To conclude this day of wellness, we invite you to experience the exhilarating Yoga Rave. This fusion of yoga and dance will elevate your energy levels, set your spirit free, and create an atmosphere of pure joy and unity. With uplifting music by a local DJ and enthusiastic yogis, the Yoga Rave promises to be an unforgettable celebration of wellness.

Throughout the event, refreshments and healthy snacks will be available for you to savor, ensuring you feel nourished and revitalized.
